Why JobInflux exists
Job hunting in Nigeria involves a lot of noise. Roles stay advertised long after they have been filled. Pay is left blank, or promised vaguely. Application addresses bounce. And it is often impossible to tell whether the company behind an advert actually exists. We built JobInflux to clear that up.
Every employer on this platform submits company details for review before a single job can go live. Listings carry the details that matter: the role, the location, the category, and a clear route to apply — whether that is through JobInflux or straight to the employer's own website or inbox.
We are not a recruitment agency, and we do not take a cut of anyone's salary. We are a marketplace: employers find candidates, candidates find work, and the platform keeps both sides honest.

How verification works
Trust is the whole point of a job board, so we put the work in before a company can post. Here is exactly what happens.

Step 1
The employer submits their details
Company name, CAC registration number (RC or BN), phone number, and registered address — plus a CAC certificate where they have one.

Our team reviews it
We check the submission and look for anything that does not add up. Review usually takes one to two business days.

Verified companies can post
Approved companies get a verified badge on their public profile and can publish listings. Companies that fail review cannot post until they resubmit.
What a verified badge does — and does not — mean
The badge means we have reviewed the company's registration details and allowed them to post. It is not a promise about how a role will turn out, and it is not an endorsement of their working conditions. Always use your own judgement — and if a listing looks wrong, report it to us so we can act on it.
Alongside employer listings, our team also publishes curated roles from other sources, including some where you apply by email or on the employer's own website. Those are always labelled, so you know where your application is going before you send it.
